Your first session
Gentle, encouraging & supportive. Using a sturdy chair for seated postures or as support for standing postures
Maybe bring a yoga mat, a smaller towel and water. Wear lightweight clothing and follow the studio’s hydration and arrival guidance. Most venues provide the chair.
